Terms & Conditions for Parties
All dates are subject to availability.
A provisional booking can be made and held for 14 days after which confirmation is required and a deposit of £100.00 (non-refundable) is required.
- Interim Payments
- Interim Payments can be made at any time prior to your function date. 6 weeks in advanced of the day, 75% of the total cost becomes due. We are pleased to accept cash, credit or debit card for both the deposit and the 75% payment.
- Final Payment
- The balance outstanding becomes due two weeks before the day of the party and payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card.
We regret that we are unable to accept cheques. - Cancellation

In the event of cancellation we regret that the following charges must apply:
Your deposit of £100.00 is non-refundable
Cancellation 6 weeks or less prior to the event will result in a forfeiture of your 75% payment. - Damage to Property
- Any loss or damage to hotel premises or property as a result of actions/behaviour of persons attending your party will be the responsibility of the person/persons booking the party.
- Insurance
- We strongly advise that to avoid the cost of cancellation or loss/damage to hotel property, you take out private insurance cover.
