Terms & Conditions for Weddings
Early booking is required and all dates are subject to availability. A provisional booking can be made and held for 14 days, after which confirmation is required and a deposit of £250.00 (non-refundable)
- Interim Payments
- Interim payments can be made at any time prior to your function date. 6 weeks in advance of the day, 75% of the total cost becomes due. We are please to accept cash, credit card or debit card for both the deposit and the 75% payment.
Cheques should be made payable to the BROOK HOTEL – NORWICH - Final Payment
- The balance outstanding becomes due two weeks before the day of the function and payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card. We regret that we are unable to accept cheques!
- Cancellation
- In the event of cancellation, we regret that the following charges must apply:
Your deposit of £250 is non-refundable.
Cancellation 6 weeks or less prior to the event will result in a forfeiture of your 75% payment. - Damage to Property
- Any loss or damage to hotel premises or property as a result of actions/behaviour of persons attending your function will be the responsibility of the person/persons booking the function.
- Insurance
- We strongly advise that to avoid the cost of cancellation or loss/damage to hotel property, you take out private insurance cover.
